We gathered together this past Sunday with other believers, in our little house church, who’s battlefield wounds like our own are healed but somewhat fresh being recognizable to one another from the trenches of church abuse and heavy shepherding. Our stories are almost identical to different degrees and depths of experience, of the abuse from ‘pastors’, false teachers and the plethora of false prophets that are created, bred and groomed within a sick and sickening apostate church. Can you say Christian Cult?
I remember the shock to my senses four plus years ago when legit Bible teachers such as Sandy Simpson and Jacob Prasch described to a ‘T’ our experiences without knowing our past involvement, these men verbalized what we couldn’t at the time on an audio teaching the wiles and skilled manipulations of the hirelings and the sheep fleecers who’s expert abuse and control of those who are biblically illiterate (and they keep you that way) so the control and money they fleece continues.
I’ve been challenged today since meeting those few believers at our house church who, like ourselves, came out of this particular church in Yuba City, wounded and abused but by the grace of God are now stronger, wiser and determined with greatness of faith to fulfill the great commission to see others saved and discipled to not be led astray as we were by their false gospel.
This challenge was reaffirmed when I read this article in Pulpit and Pen, If you see something, say something I discovered it when I settled into my laptop after I paced my darkened living room this evening praying and asking God specifically what to do with the knowledge and involvement we had with those liars, devourers and false teachers who are still operating and leading the sheep to hell along with themselves through their false gospel. How could I not ‘say something’ when I saw it all was a victim of it all? We cannot and should not remain silent ‘Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you’ – 2 Corinthians 6:17, ‘trying to learn what is pleasing to the Lord. do not participate in the unfruitful deeds of darkness, but instead even expose them, for it is disgraceful even to speak of the things which are done by then in secret.’ – Ephesians 5:10-12.
It is past time to act. The time is at hand and darkness is falling. Say something, anything.
