Henline Productions 2015 movie titled Polycarp, is a story of a young slave girl named Anna who is rescued and adopted by Christians in 2nd Century Smyrna. I watched this movie for the second time and I highly recommend it for family viewing and for your bible study or home fellowship. It is well done and very encouraging to see a portrayal of the early Christians who were willing to stand up for their faith even against the persecution and threat of martyrdom for the gospel of Jesus Christ.

This movie drama although taking place in the 2nd Century, is so relevant for believers today, as we see unprecedented persecution and slaughter of Christians around the world dying for their faith in the One true God. This faith based film has strong scriptural references. For more information and to purchase this movie CLICK HERE.
